EXCURSIONS:
A 100% refund will be applied if canceled more than 48 or 72 hours in advance depending on the scheduled program and taking into account business days of the activity and before 2:00 PM.
For cancellations within the time indicated for the activity, or for not showing up, no refund will be applied unless a medical certificate stamped and signed by a medical center and doctor is presented, not by offices not approved by insurers.
Changes of date, type of activity are allowed according to the same program or hotel pick-up 48 hours before the scheduled reservation.
These changes must be notified to your service representative 48 hours in advance and taking into account business days of the activity and before 2:00 PM, indicating the reservation number, name, chosen program and reservation date.

It has staff legally certified as travel agents and with more than 16 years of experience. Carefully inspect and test every service provided by local vendors, private tour companies, and other service providers. These are independent vendors and are not our agents or employees.
➫ All activities and excursions are contracted through Yaky Travel, but are provided by independent local providers not related to or controlled by BRE BBAVARO REMARKABLE EXPERIENCES in any way; some excursions require physical activity and involve a degree of risk. It is the sole responsibility of the Client to confirm that they have the appropriate and necessary age, and the physical and health conditions, to participate in all activities.
➫ Yaky Travel does not assume or accept responsibility and expressly disclaims any refund, loss or damage arising from bodily injury, property damage or other damages, inconvenient delays or irregularities incurred or occurred during the activity or excursion contracted by the Client.
