Yaky Travel (brand name), BRE BBAVARO REMARKABLE EXPERIENCES (commercial name), works with external excursion providers who meet the established standards to ensure the safety and confidence of our clients. We employ legally certified travel agents with more than 16 years of experience. We carefully inspect and test all services provided by local suppliers, private travel companies, and other service providers. These suppliers operate independently and are not our agents or employees.

➫ All activities and excursions are booked through Yaky Travel, but they are provided by independent local suppliers who are not affiliated with or controlled by BRE BBAVARO REMARKABLE EXPERIENCES in any way. Some excursions require physical activity and involve a certain degree of risk. It is the Client’s sole responsibility to confirm that they meet the appropriate and necessary age requirements, as well as the physical and health conditions needed to participate in all activities.
➫ Yaky Travel does not assume or accept any responsibility and expressly disclaims any refund, loss, or damage arising from bodily injury, property damage, or any other harm, delays, inconveniences, or irregularities incurred or occurring during the activity or excursion booked by the Client.
➫ By purchasing and/or participating in any activity or excursion, you and your companions assume all risks of bodily injury, loss, or damage to your person or belongings, expressly releasing Yaky Travel (brand name) and BRE BBAVARO REMARKABLE EXPERIENCES (commercial name) from any claim or liability related to the above.
➫ Additional terms and conditions may apply to your booking and purchase of your tour or activity. Please read carefully any additional terms and conditions provided to you. You agree to comply with the purchase terms and conditions imposed by any independent suppliers with whom you choose to do business, including but not limited to the timely payment of any additional charges and adherence to the supplier’s rules and restrictions regarding the availability and use of rates, products, or services.

Cancellations and Changes

ESCURSIONS:
A 100% refund will apply if the cancellation is made more than 48 or 72 hours in advance, depending on the scheduled program, taking into account the business days of the activity and before 14:00 hours.
For cancellations made within the indicated time frame for the activity, or in the case of a no‑show, no refund will be issued unless a medical certificate is presented, stamped and signed by a licensed medical center and physician — not by non‑certified or insurance‑noncompliant clinics.


Date changes, activity type changes within the same program, or hotel pickup changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the scheduled reservation.
These changes must be communicated to your service representative at least 48 hours in advance, taking into account the business days of the activity and before 14:00 hours, indicating the reservation number, name, selected program, and reservation date.
